The Orders Now Dashboard!

We have built a dashboard for your Orders Now system that will help you get better statistics and data feedback about your business.

Viewing a Graph

This graph will allow you to view data on how many customer orders have been ordered, shipped, stocked out, and expired.

There is also a graph to view the same data for purchase orders.

You can hover over a point on the graph to view the actual amount for that day.

Alerts

Orders Now will give you alerts to update you on the status of processing in your system. You can view these alerts here.

They will be color coded as well. Here are the standard colors and what they mean:

Open Orders

You can view all of the Customer Orders and Purchase Orders that are currently open in your system.

You can sort these by number, date, processed orders, and open orders. You can also see the progress in real time of each order as they are processed.

Platform Integration

Orders Now can integrate with many eCommerce solutions. Some of the main ones Orders Now is integrated with include:

If your clients desire to send their own orders to your Orders Now system, they have this ability also! They can integrate the Orders Now API to automatically send orders. Or, they can manually upload and create orders using the Client Portal of Orders Now. You can grant your clients access to this portal on the User Configuration page.

Next, we are going to look into how to fulfill Inventory Orders. The first step to that is generating a Pick List.
