In the Seller Portal, you can view the customer orders that your store has sent to Orders Now. You can view all orders here within a certain date range. Each order will give you high level information about the current status of the order.

You also have the ability to filter these orders so you can see the exact information you desire.

The filters include the Order Number, Order Date, and Order Status. You can reset these filters back to their default values also if you want to return to the default view.

The data here helps show the current status of your orders in Orders Now. This data is real-time and can be refreshed using the Refresh Button in the top right corner. You can click on an order to view more details on that order.

The Order Statuses are explained as follows:

•   Completed - The order has been fully processed.
•   Processing - The order is in the process of being fulfilled.
•   Pending - The order has not started processing.

When clicking an order, you will be able to see the details for that order. You will be able to see the customer information as well and all of the items on that order. In the items table, you are also able to see the state in which each item is currently in.
