Orders Now can also handle your Customer Returns. When returns come back to the warehouse, the warehouse will process them using orders that are in Orders Now. When a return is processed at the warehouse, you will be able to see the return here on this table.

You also have the ability to filter these returns so you can see the exact information you desire.

The filters include the Order Number, Return Date, and Customer Name. You can reset these filters back to their default values also if you want to return to the default view.

The data here helps show the current status of your returns in Orders Now. This data is real-time and can be refreshed using the Refresh Button in the top right corner. You can click on a return to view more details on that return.

You can also see whether the condition of the return was Damaged or Good.

When the warehouse processes a return, Orders Now looks for orders that have been processed in the system. Returns can also be created without any order.

Finally, you can upload your own orders to be searched by Orders Now when the warehouse is trying to find the right order for the return. You can upload this file using our specified file format into Orders Now to be searched on future returns.
