Return Information

Returns Management in Orders Now!

Orders Now also allows you to manage your returns straight through the system. If you have items coming back to your warehouse, you can process them here. You don't even need an order in Orders Now to get started.

However, you will be able to see orders that have been processed through Orders Now. Sellers can also upload a Return File that will be included in the results here as well.

Find Your Order

If you are looking for a particular order to process a return for, you can search the Customer Name or Reference Number.

If you do not want to process a return for an order already in Orders Now, and you would rather just add the return manually, you can do so by filling out the information in this form. Most of the fields are not required in the case that you do not have the exact information.

Note: The SKU or Description field is required for all returns.

Select an Order to Begin Return

When you search for an order that is in the Orders Now system, a dialog window will be displayed. Every order in Orders Now that matches the Customer Name or Reference Number you provided will be displayed. You can select an order from here which will then be populated into the fields on the Returns page.

Provide Return Information

Once the customer and order information have been entered in (manually or automatically), you will then need to provide the condition (Good or Damaged) and some comments about this return.

Process Return

After all of the information is entered correctly, you can click the Process Return button to finish processing the return through Orders Now.

You can see all of the items that have been processed as returns through Orders Now by using the Returns Report from the Downloadable Reports section.
